Acknowledgement and Release of Liability

I hereby acknowledge that I fully understand the activity I am undertaking is inherently dangerous. I personally choose to undertake this activity having fully considered and personally accepted the risks, be they known or unknown.

I further and freely release The Armory Kissimmee Inc., its officers, directors, team members, associates, and affiliates from any and all liability whatsoever and I agree to hold them harmless from any liability or civil prosecution of any kind for any reason in perpetuity.

I agree to be personally responsible for my actions and I assert that I will behave in a safe responsible manner whilst undertaking this inherently dangerous activity.
